Joshua Christian Academy students and staff honored our Veterans during breakfast on Friday, November 11, 2022, at the JCA Main Campus at 1740 Garfield, Des Moines. The event began with a special chapel service where attendees were led in an opening prayer by Rev. Ratliff. After the presentation of flags, students participated in Reader’s Theater, sang a medley of military songs, and finished with a presentation on military branch emblems. Each Veteran was introduced by name and presented with an appreciation gift. Following chapel, the Veterans enjoyed coffee and donuts with Rev. Ratliff. Thank you to everyone who attended.
